Indian Grand Prix 2013

After all the hoo-la-la around the Indian Grand Prix 2013, finally the qualifying session went through successfully. Red Bull’s Sebastian Vettel completed a pole position hat-trick here at the Indian Grand Prix with the fastest time.  The final session of the Indian Grand Prix 2013 was shortened because of the smog. Sebastian Vettel is extremely close to winning his fourth successive Formula One tittle this years and Indian Grand Prix 2013 win could be the writing on the wall for him. Ferrari’s Fernando Alonso, the only player who can deny Vettel the title on Sunday providing he finishes in the top two positions, was third fastest with a lap of 1:26.105. Alonso is 90 points behind Vettel with a maximum 100 still to be won.

By the way, few months ago there was a movie released based on Formula One. It’s based on the true rivalry between couple of former Formula One drivers. Rush is a biographical sports drama film directed by Ron Howard and written by Peter Morgan about the 1976 Formula One season and the rivalry between drivers James Hunt and Niki Lauda.
