Indian politics is going through an absolute turmoil and, if not 100%, almost 80% of the citizens of the country have lost trust in their representative in the Indian parliaments. Right from the weak economic reforms to the dismal infrastructural improvements, from the corruption to the abysmal judicial system and human laws, from the injustice to the wrong application of power, from the uneducated representatives to the old conservative mindless ideologies, there isn’t any pleasant description of an Indian politician in the current scenario!!

Christmas India

WHAT IF GOVERNMENT TURNS SANTA

There are so many problems and open issues against the people who are running the country that if we start writing it, we might not have an end to it….But what if there is an overnight transformation on the eve of Christmas? What if hypothetically, Government turns Santa Claus for the Christmas? What if we can handover a wish-list? Just suppose whatever the nation is thinking, the Government will act on it….merrier than the merriest situation, isn’t it?

Indian Government

OUR WISHLIST FOR THE GOVERNMENT

Let’s try to put a wishlist of things that we want our government to please take care at the earliest. Considering the current situation let’s ask for what we deserve, at least wish if that might be taken care by the real Santa Claus.

PUNISH THE DELHI GANGRAPE ACCUSED:

It’s important that we clean our world and clear the unwanted beings. Let’s not forget that it’s a process which has existed from the time of Indian mythology. There were “manthans”, there were assassinations of the “ravaans”, there were human clean up processes in one or the other form, by not just giving the unwanted elements the punishments but also setting the right example for everyone else. So, please do set the right example this time, punish the accused with the harshest of punishments. Period!

STRENGHTEN THE JUDIAL SYSTEM:

Whenever people start using their powers in the wrong direction, whenever there are more crimes and whenever there are innocents who are suffering, it is a clear indication that the law and order aren’t proficient enough. It’s time we make ourselves the Singapores and the Americas of the world when it comes to the judiciary system. It’s time when we declare the harshest of the punishments for the guilty. And it’s time we make the necessary amendments in our years old law, which has been derived from the British law. Ironically, Britishers came and left India, they changed with time and amended their laws in UK, but we continue to struggle.

LETS KILL THE CORRUPTION OUT OF OUR SYSTEM:

Unfortunately, our country has deeply submerged into the ocean of corruption, despite being the “Titanic of Growth in South Asia” we continue to drown under the burden of our corrupt institution. Right from a nukkad ki dukaan to the big corporate houses, corruption is taking place in one or the other form. Generations have accepted the fact that there can’t be anything done about the corruption in India. We tried Lokpal, we failed….we tried saying no bribe and we continue to fail…..It’s a request to the politicians, to the corporate houses, to the people of the country- please stop corruption now!

BRING REFORMS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE COUNTRY:

It’s high time when our politicians think beyond votes and castes and religions….It’s time to think India! Don’t be a merciless corrupt powerful neta, be a champion running a country, feel how much you can earn if you make the right moves, and think of actions that are required for the development of the country rather than just for your vote bank. Issue meaningful and relevant reforms, in order to provide infrastructural growth, free education for all and food and shelter for everyone. Think India, not just your territory.

 Merry Christmas India

These are just few things, if taken care, can change our country and make it the best place to live in the world. Feel free to add what you feel in the comments section. Let’s hope, someday our government really turns into a Santa and do the needful.

God Bless India, Merry Christmas!
