APPLE VS SAMSUNG
The drama between Apple Inc. and Samsung is far from over after the legal ruling where Samsung was told to pay $1 Billion to Apple as fine for patent infringement. Apple is now asking the federal court to add 4 more products of Samsung to the list of patent infringing products, and one of the products in the Apple’s wish-list of patent infringement is Samsung’s magnum opus, Galaxy S III smartphone.
APPLE TRYING TO KILL GALAXY S III
As per the sources, Apple Inc. filed legal plea in San Jose federal district court on Friday asking the jury to end Samsung’s operations of “patent infringing products”. Apple Vs Samsung, one of most recent fights in the tech valley doesn’t seems to end any sooner, considering now Apple has filed a list of 21 products as compared to 17 products in the earlier released list to the jury.
WHAT APPLE IS UPTO ?
There are rumors in the market that Apple’s move to name more products in the new list to federal court is more of a strategic move to disrupt Samsung’s most successful smartphone ever, Galaxy S III. Meanwhile, Apple’s move can also be termed as an avalanche effect to Apple’s losing the case in Japan.
Whatever may be the reason for Apple listing Galaxy S III in their latest list, this battle is far from over and there will be more action going forward. Get ready for some more noise
