TELUGU MOVIE OK OK OFFICIAL REVIEW
The Telugu movie “OK OK” is the dubbed version of Tamil movie: Oru Kal Oru Kannadi, starring DMK head Karunanidhi’s grandson Udhayanidhi Stalin and young diva, Hansika Motwani. Remakes always carry a lot of hope and without any doubt OK OK does the same, but there is a curse associated with every remake or sequel, which is called “the comparison”. Yes, but of course there will be comparisons between the Tamil and the Telugu versions of the movie OK OK, but who cares 😉
THE PLOT OF OK OK
Udanidhi Stalin plays the role of Sravan who works at a multiplex. Parthasarathy played by Santhanam is his best friend at work. Sravan falls in love with a pretty girl named Meera played by Hansika Motwani, who is a daughter of a police officer. Sravan’s love for Meera is a one-sided love affair because she does not show any interest towards Sravan’s love. The plot of the movie then revolves around Sravan’s efforts to attract Meera, of course his journey of love is filled with obstacles.
THE BEST PART IN THE MOVIE OK OK
Director Rajesh has done a great job in the movie with his laughter punches and proves again that he is the undisputed king of comedies. Oru Kal Oru Kannadi is a barrel of laughs with a wafer-thin story as quoted by the media. One thing you are sure to enjoy throughout the movie is its comedy without any doubt.
THE VERDICT OF OK OK
Yes, there is a lot of comedy in the movie, but the story is only good in bits and pieces. At times the mindless comedy may start taking toll on you, but to the most part of it all actors have done a great job with the comedy in the film. Overall, OK OK is just ok ok !! You may want to watch this movie only if there isn’t any other movie in the cinema near you, yeah a one time watch you may call it.
