The Indo-American woman who was allegedly molested by RCB’s player, Luke Pomersbach, has issued notice to the team’s owner Siddhartha Mallya seeking his apology for his tweets questioning her character.

It is reported that- “A legal notice is issued to Siddhartha Mallya for his twitter comments and if he refuses to apologize,  a defamation case will be filed against him as per the lawyer of Indo-American woman.”

The tweet that caused all the stir was posted on Friday, RCB owner Siddhartha Mallya tweeted: “The girl who is accusing Luke is saying he hit her ‘fiance’… what a load of f****** s***. She was all over me last night and asked for my bbm (blackberry messenger) pin, so if he was her fiance she wasn’t exactly behaving like a future wife.”

Luke Pomersbach is alleged to have molested the woman at the ITC Maurya Hotel in New Delhi early Friday morning and beaten her fiance Sahil Peerzada.

Delhi Police registered a case of molestation against Pomersbach, who was later released on bail by a city court.

Looks like this new IPL controversy will take some time to settle down !!
