Hyderabad Golf Club
The Hyderabad Golf Club is undoubtedly one of the famous and most prestigious golf clubs in the city. It was established in the year 1888 and has 18 holes. It is maintained by the Indian Army and it hosts the Andhra Pradesh Golf Championships. This golf club is spanned across 6,434 yards and has 72 pars. It is actually meant for Army members. However, occasionally civilians are also allowed provided, they come in accompaniment with the members. The club facilities include a bar and a restaurant and the Golfing facilities include an Academy, Putting Greens and Driving Range.
How to get there
The landmark is the Qutab Shahi tombs near Golconda .
The road to the HGA course is located about 300 meters from the tomb gates on the way to Golconda & has HGA signage indicating that you need to take a left.
Take the road & drive 100 meters & you will see the entrance to the HGA.
